ExpressExhibitTM works in tandem with ExpressRegTM to register exhibitors and multiple booth representatives for your event. Exhibitors will find registration made easy by registering on-line and receiving instant confirmation of their registration specifics. Meeting planners can review the exhibition reservations with up to the minute reporting statistics and receive exhibitor payments on-line.
Features of ExpressExhibitTM include registering exhibiting companies and multiple booth representatives, collecting payment, offering the same housing options as conference participants, and sending e-mail registration confirmations. ExpressExhibitTM may be customized at a client's request to include more exhibit show detail. For instance, optional added features may include an exhibit floor plan, a list of reserved booths and printable pages with show specifications. ExpressExhibitTM will also function with ExpressReportTM to provide detailed reports on exhibit reservations, payments and/or deposits made and exhibitor requirements such as power or décor. Clients may purchase ExpressExhibitTM as part of the ExpressRegTM package and complete the exhibitor registration process in-house or use our experienced management team to conduct the registration process from our office.
