Full service registration management works in tandem with ExpressEventTM online registration software. By selecting the full service option, we create your registration site for you and administer the site from our headquarters offices. All registration tasks are handled by our registration coordinators and clerks. We can provide toll free telephone lines and maintain a customer service center for registrant support. The customer service center is the voice of your event the phone lines are answered with your event name and clerks are prepared to provide event information and amend registration data as requested.
Clients are able to access ExpressReport™ from the convenience of their desktop 24/7. Standard and custom reports are available to your management team via a pre-assigned client code and password. At any time you can check the status of registration counts, check registrant lists, and download reports for analysis.
Mary O’Connor & Company also offers on-site registration services. Our registration team will be on-site to set up your registration area, coordinate and distribute name badges and conference materials, and provide customer service for your participants. We are flexible with on-site staffing arrangements, which may include supervision of internal staff provided by the client to meet and greet participants.
